Title
healing vs death
  Description
My dad died last week after standing for his healing.  He wanted so much to live longer and have a new ministry for the Lord.  In spite of all the prayers and faith in the Word, he died, why?  I am a strong Christian and this is something I'm having a very hard time with.

First of all I'm so sorry for the loss of your father.  Did your father actually believe and say out Loud I am healed by faith in Jesus Name?  Alot of times people ask for healing but don't actually claim their healing.  If he did do so it must not have been God's will for him to be healed here on earth.  God always has a plan and if we prayed and had faith and lived according to God word than it had to have been the will of the Lord.  It's hard but we have to accept it.  Keep praying and God will help you through this and give you the answers you need. God Bless You!

it hard when death takes our love ones. But God has a better plan for us. I struggle daily with sickness in my body. But the days that I struggle, I find myself drawing closer to God. When we are going through sickness and disease trust that the spirit makes you seek God more. You don't want to leave this world with your life not pleasing to God. Although we want to do more for the Lord, he knows are heart, and must be pleased with what we have done. We are like flowers in the garden of eden and everyday God goes out to pick and flower, the day your father died was the day God picked his flower. I 2 have lost my father, and it was such a different feeling from other deaths. But my trust in God, reminds me that he had to leave that I may grow and become stronger. Good fathers are always are strength, but sometimes we must learn to leave daddy and find the Father for ourselves. I don't know your situation, but I believe God has a bigger plan for you. Sometimes our parents don't get a chance to finish what they began because God leaves it for us to finish. Be blesses and encouraged and most importantly, you stay healed and whole.
